How do I claim on my insurance policy?

What is an excess?
An excess is the first portion of the overall claim amount that is payable by the Insured. This is usually a pre-agreed amount which will be stated in your Policy Schedule, if applicable.
When does the annual renewal of my policy take place?
The annual renewal date would depend on the product you are insured for. The renewal occurs only once per year. Kindly contact your provider should you require an exact date.
How to become a partner?
Send an email to partners@genric.co.za with your concept/proposal for us to review. We will then contact you to set up further discussions.
How do I become a broker?
Kindly contact our Compliance Department, compliance@genric.co.za in order to discuss and request an Intermediary Agreement.
What to do if I lose my Policy Schedule?
Call or email your product provider and they will gladly send you a new copy.
